The Secret Life of Great Ideas
In November 2018 I spoke at a TEDx event.
My theme was how to overcome two of the biggest threats to organisational survival: creative constipation and creative indigestion. No, really.
Most companies are paralysed by fear of failure when it comes to developing and implementing new ideas.
That means they forego the proven commercial benefits of pursuing breakthrough ideas and instead invest in incremental ideas that, whilst important, are not sufficient in today's turbulent times.
I offer two practical solutions for organisations wanting to break out of this predicament, and am currently writing a book that builds on the ideas in the talk.
I hope you find it useful and that it eases any constipation in your organisation....
